- The player holds more than one account on the platform.
- The player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, matched betting, arbitrage, or any other activity intended to exploit the platform's promotional or pricing mechanics.
- The player's account activity is identified as presenting a risk of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
- The player has engaged in threatening, abusive, or harassing behaviour toward ai777 staff or other players.
- The player has filed a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute with their payment provider in relation to ai777 transactions.
- Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements necessitate account closure.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, ai777 will notify the player via email and will aim to complete the investigation within 10 business days. If the investigation concludes in the player's favour, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds will be released. If the investigation upholds the grounds for closure, the account will be permanently closed and any decision regarding the disposition of funds will be communicated in writing.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ai777 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the player's use of, or inability to use, the ai777 platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or gambling losses resulting from gameplay on the platform.
ai777's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12 months immediately preceding the date on which the claim arises.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ai777 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any information published on the platform.
Force Majeure

Governing Law

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the severed clause.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ai777 with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. No waiver by ai777 of any breach of these Terms shall be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
